This protocol is followed for the majority of our treatments to ensure optimal results and skin safety.

Avoid Retinol or Retinoids for 3 Days
Stop Using Exfoliants 48 Hours Prior
Avoid Sun Exposure or Tanning for 3–5 Days
Do Not Wax or Use Depilatories for 48 Hours
Discontinue Use of Accutane (if applicable) 6 Months Before
Avoid Botox or Fillers for 2 Weeks Prior
Stay Hydrated
Avoid Makeup the Day of the Appointment

Avoid makeup for 24 hours
Do not use retinol, AHAs, or BHAs for 3 days
Apply SPF daily (minimum SPF 30)
Avoid excessive heat for 24–48 hours (sauna, hot showers, workouts)
Do not wax, shave, or use depilatories for 48 hours
Skip exfoliation for 1 week
Use gentle skincare products only
Drink plenty of water
Avoid direct sunlight for at least 72 hours
